Summary

Miao Yi arrives at an inn in a peculiar desert setting, surprised by the presence of coconut trees. Holding Cheng Ying Wu hostage, he encounters her family, the 'Beehive,' led by Cheng Yao Wei. Tensions rise as Miao Yi demands to know who wants him dead, but the family refuses to betray their employer. Cheng Yao Wei threatens Miao Yi, asserting that he values his family's reputation over his daughter's life. Miao Yi proposes a deal: safe passage out of the Sea of Flowing Clouds in exchange for releasing Cheng Ying Wu. After some negotiation, they agree, and Miao Yi releases her, allowing her family to heal her. The family departs, leaving Miao Yi feeling frustrated and at a loss.
