Summary

Boss Wang discovers a mysterious bruise on his thigh, which is linked to his recurring nightmares. Despite initial hesitation, he allows a friend to investigate, leading to the extraction of a chunk of black, coagulated blood from the bruise. This causes panic among onlookers, but they eventually realize it may be the source of Boss Wang's troubles.
