Chapter 501: Question from Zhong Mi, No Break, No Establishment. [504]

Summary

In the Heart-Questioning Hall, Zhong Chuang confronts and defeats his past self, who possessed two semi-holy treasures. After the battle, he reflects on the experience and explains to his elders that he deliberately detonated the Aoi Brush, a half-sacred treasure, to break free from the constraints of past glory. He believes that without sacrifice, one cannot truly grow, and by letting go of the inherited treasure, he can maintain his principles and avoid becoming a potential sinner of the Zhong bloodline.
