Summary

Cai Kun Liang is surprised by a masked woman, Miss Ling Yan, who intervenes during a confrontation with Ye Fei Yang. She suspects Ye Fei Yang has ties to the Ancient Land, but he denies it. After a tense exchange, Ye Fei Yang reveals he possesses the Purple Heart Fruit, which boosts strength, and offers the Immortal Spirit Grass to Elder Bai. Despite Cai Kun Liang's objections, Bai Zi Ye decides to punish Ye Fei Yang by sending him to the Soul Refining Cave for three days, a place that tests alchemists. Liang Shao Tang warns Ye Fei Yang about the dangers but also hints at potential rewards, including the chance to become Bai Zi Ye's disciple if he endures.
