Summary

New Nia City is a floating space city in the Blue Star region, known for its black markets and gray trades. It is a third-rate trade port with a population of a million. The Marfa galaxy's 2481st star region is controlled by warlord suzerains, with Long Hu Zi being one of the weaker ones. Yue Chen, upon arriving in New Nia City, is amazed by the technological marvels built by ordinary humans. Yue Chen, who has memories of the Ninth Young Master, feels disconnected from his life on Blue Water Star and is bound to a chair by Long Hu Zi's bodyguards.
