The Gate of the Mysterious Realm

Summary

Shi Mu encounters a small black casting hammer, a token from Cui Huan's grandfather, which he learns can be used to retrieve a spiritual artifact from a master craftsman named Yong Zhu. After confirming the token's authenticity, Shi Mu gathers his servants to announce that Cui Huan will no longer perform chores and will have a dedicated space for cultivation. As he reflects on his recent cultivation progress, he is joined by Cai Er, who expresses concern for the estate's safety. Shi Mu plans to seek out Yong Zhu for the artifact and later examines the Heaven-turned Stick in his consciousness. Unexpectedly, he is pulled into a gray misty space within the stick, where he discovers a trial left by an old white ape that could grant him the second layer of a cultivation formula if completed. The space remains intact despite the conditions for its disappearance, leading Shi Mu to ponder the circumstances surrounding it. As he contemplates his next steps, the mist wall revealing the trial begins to collapse, creating new passages in the mist.
