Summary

The story revolves around the Tribulation-Crossing Venerable, a clone of Chu Yun, who arrives at the Five Dwelling Monastery and attempts to stay the night, being rejected by Mingyue. Later, he sneaks into the ginseng fruit tree area and steals thirteen ginseng fruits using a golden hammer, storing them in a purple-gold gourd. Meanwhile, Tripitaka and his disciples, accompanied by Zhen Wu Da Di, encounter a massive stone blocking their path, which Zhen Wu Da Di quickly splits with his sword. Chu Yun, aware of being watched, decides to retreat and head towards Zhen Wu Da Di's home base.
