Summary

Zhao Ming Yuan, Qiu Da Mei, and two police officers are shocked by the sight of snake bones catching fire. Yang Xiao explains that the scale powder used for detecting gunpowder components is specially made. As Yang Xiao interacts with the snake bones, they appear to come alive, leading to a series of supernatural events. Yang Xiao reveals that the snake souls have been trapped inside the bones, a technique dating back to the Tang Dynasty. Despite concerns about a potential threat, Yang Xiao dismisses Liu Bao Zhen as the culprit. Zhao Ming Yuan offers to leave the investigation to the experts, but as they attempt to exit, a rock falls and seals the cave, trapping them inside.
