Summary

Wang Jun feels uncomfortable when the girl he likes, Cao Jiao Jiao, shows more interest in her sister and Li Yan Qing. He offers to buy her a cat, but she prefers Li Yan Qing's offer of a talking parrot. After some negotiation, Li Yan Qing buys the parrot for her, making her very happy. As they head up the mountain, Wang Jun insists on staying behind to protect Cao Yun, but Cao Xing and Li Yan Qing go ahead to secure a pavilion for snow viewing. Wang Jun expresses dissatisfaction with Cao Xing's decision to go without him, while Li Yan Qing carries food for the group. As they walk, Cao Jiao Jiao excitedly chats with Li Yan Qing, which annoys Wang Jun, who is also dealing with his feelings of jealousy towards Li Yan Qing's rapport with the sisters. Meanwhile, Pan Qian Yun, who has twisted her ankle, seeks Wang Jun's help, leading him to plot against Li Yan Qing due to his growing resentment.
