Summary

In Wu An County, Yi Fan confronts the Scholar about the Witch King Tu Ge's intentions. Despite warnings, Yi Fan is determined to investigate. The atmosphere in the county is eerie, with townsfolk appearing lifeless. A gaunt man leads Yi Fan to Song He Lou, where he meets Yi Bo and the Witch King. Yi Bo, who claims to be both Bai Yue's and the Wilderness's Master, reveals that he orchestrated the calamity in Shenzhou and invites Yi Fan to join him. Yi Fan, curious and cautious, questions Yi Bo's motives and his relationship with Bai Yue, setting the stage for a deeper conflict.
