Summary

Hakuzo announces that Uchiha Fei Yu can help ninjas awaken Magnetic Release, which would significantly enhance their chances of becoming Kazekage. A group of eager Sand ninjas, led by an elder named Bai Sha, volunteers to undergo the awakening process. Uchiha Fei Yu uses a soul-binding technique with the soul of the Fourth Kazekage, Luo Sha, to assist Bai Sha in performing Magnetic Release. Bai Sha successfully performs the technique but at a reduced strength. Encouraged by this, Jia Liu Luo, the widow of the Fourth Kazekage, also attempts the awakening and succeeds, gaining the Magnetic Release Kekkei Genkai.
