Summary

Li Yun and Bai Wu Xia track a mysterious song into the forest and are ambushed by a black-robed attacker throwing bamboo darts. They skillfully dodge and counterattack, eventually wounding the assailant who disappears. They regroup with Xing Feng in a mountain cave, where Meng Yao is tied up. When Meng Yao awakens, she is confused and frightened by her restraints, questioning why she is being held captive. Li Yun explains they believe she is being controlled and must be protected.
