Summary

Gui Bu Gui encounters an ailing ghost, who reveals his affiliation with Master Fang Xu Fu. Intrigued, Gui Bu Gui offers assistance but senses the ghost's anxiety about pursuing enemies. The ghost, cunningly evasive, seeks temporary refuge, leading Gui Bu Gui to hide him. However, the ghost’s enemies arrive, prompting Gui Bu Gui to escalate the conflict rather than mediate. The Consumptive Ghost, despite his weakened state, becomes embroiled in combat while Gui Bu Gui seizes the opportunity to take a valuable black cat. After a series of events, Gui Bu Gui sells his establishment and hides, eventually confronting an unexpected visitor from his past who claims to have been waiting for 200 years.
