Summary

In a tense meeting, Great Xu Taizu addresses the kings regarding the diminished threat of the Dao Lord, who has lost his physical form and thus his powers. Minister Fan Tu reassures them that the Dao Lord is now merely a spirit, unable to regain his former strength. The kings agree to release a part of the Dao Lord in exchange for his service against Pei Zi Yun and the Demon Race. They communicate with the Emperor and finalize the decision, leading to an imperial decree. Qin Yun Wang, tasked with proclaiming the decree, reflects on his past with the Dao Lord, filled with regret and nostalgia, yet ultimately driven by duty.
