Summary

In a powerful wilderness, Yu Du Xiu senses a celestial event while working on alchemy in the Eight Trigrams Furnace. He plans to sever karmic ties as calamity power rises in Zhong Yu, where he observes a chaotic environment filled with disaster. Despite the dangers, he feels protected by the Ice Soul. As he enters Zhong Yu, he realizes the calamity power is more intense than expected. Reflecting on his past, he recalls planting calamity seeds in a village, which have since flourished. Yu Du Xiu, now more powerful, swiftly travels to the Yan Prefecture, where he encounters a surprised cultivator from the Tai Ping Dao temple, who regrets not forming a connection with him.
