Summary

Zhang Xuan, determined to find two horizontal ocean vessels mentioned by Wu Ying Qin, learns from Wei Yun Qi that four vessels from Beiping County have been dismantled, with materials stored but no blueprints available for reconstruction. Zhang Xuan expands his army to thirty thousand, training six thousand sailors under Wei Chi Gong. During training, he discusses the vessels with General Qi Liang, who informs him of two large transport ships seen in Jiang Ning. Li Qing Ming reports that the ships are in Yan Ling County but have been sold to the Jiangnan Association. Enraged by this, Zhang Xuan commands his fleet to Yan Ling County, where he finds the vessels docked and undergoing repairs. Upon boarding, he confronts a steward about the sale, dismissing the transfer contract and reclaiming the ships for the army.
