Summary

In the Wind Empire's western mountains, a lifeless area once served as the Devour the Soul Sect's base. Xing Jue, following Bai Yun Fei's directions, searches for a secret chamber but struggles to locate it. Qian, his companion, suggests using his unique soul power to sense life forms underground. After accumulating his soul power, Xing Jue successfully identifies a life form nearby. They discover the chamber entrance concealed by leaves and find eerie patterns and traces of blood inside. As they explore, they uncover the "Devour The Soul Technique" book, revealing its origins and dangers. A hidden switch leads to a collapse, separating them.
