Summary

Lingji Bodhisattva and the gods of Mystical Mountain ponder the challenge of eliminating Chu Yun, a powerful figure at the peak of Semi-Saint, who has outsmarted their previous schemes. They consider tricking him into the Meng Realm, where he can't use his powers, and decide to persuade Er Lang Shen to assist. A plan is devised involving releasing an evil thought to lure Chu Yun with promises of gold. Meanwhile, Guanyin Bodhisattva, exhausted from a battle to rescue Sun Wukong, commands the Water God to establish a monastery to manage the dangerous beasts threatening the Zhou Tian world. Sun Wukong reunites with his companions after a year-long absence.
