Summary

Yang Mei is surprised when Lingxia declares he wants to return to the Chaos Demon Lair, a place known for nurturing Chaos Demon Gods. Lingxia gives Yang Mei two choices: to take him there or face death. Despite his fear, Yang Mei agrees to lead Lingxia, hoping to ensure his own survival. As they travel through the dangerous Chaos, Yang Mei feels increasingly confident that once they reach the Lair, Lingxia will be in danger. Upon arriving, they find a vast abyss filled with powerful Daoist runes that can elevate beings to the Primordial level. Lingxia begins to absorb these runes, alarming the slumbering Demon Gods within the Lair. When confronted by an angry Demon God for bringing an outsider, Yang Mei tries to defuse the situation by emphasizing Lingxia's origins. However, Lingxia retaliates effortlessly, crippling the Demon God with a mere finger, which incites chaos among the powerful Demon Gods in the Lair.
