Summary

Ji De, the phantom thief, skillfully impersonates a police officer to lure law enforcement to the Cupu City Hotel, where he stands on the roof. As helicopters arrive, he nonchalantly greets Zhong Sen Jing Guan, who confronts him with a gun. Ji De reveals his intention was simply a prank for April Fool's Day and uses a flashbang to escape amidst the chaos, leaving behind a new invitation letter for Conan. Meanwhile, in a nearby alley, a terrified middle-aged man pleads for mercy from a dark figure, Lin Feng, who is intimidating him. The young police officer, witnessing the scene, is conflicted about intervening. As police search for Ji De, Lin Feng and Ji De encounter each other in the alley, with Ji De trying to maintain his composure while planning his escape route.
