Summary

Feng Ling Bo and Peng Yu Lan, once vibrant, are now devastated after the loss of their sons, Yi'er and Jie'er, at the hands of Shang Chao Zong. In a tense hall, Peng You Zai, their father and the headmaster of Tian Yu Sect, confronts them about their misdeeds. Peng Yu Lan takes the blame to protect Feng Ling Bo, believing her status will shield her from severe punishment. However, Peng You Zai, adhering to sect rules, punishes her by crippling her cultivation and expelling her from the sect. This harsh decision is seen as necessary to maintain order. As Feng Ling Bo remains dazed, Peng You Zai warns him about the consequences of his actions and leaves to negotiate with Shang Chao Zong, lifting restrictions on him and his followers.
