Summary

Huo Ling Xiao is shocked by Miao Yi's unexpected return from the Sea of Stars, where he was thought to be lost. Despite their minimal interaction, Huo Ling Xiao is pressured by Palace Master Zhang Tian Xiao to persuade Miao Yi to manage a crystal coin mine in her territory. Huo Ling Xiao is hesitant, fearing it might reveal his identity and upset Lu Xing Zou, who currently manages the mine. After realizing that sending Steward Shen Fenghua to oversee Miao Yi could lead to conflict due to past grievances, he decides to send Fan Zi Chang instead. Meanwhile, Shen Fenghua is enjoying himself at Hai Shan, where he has been taking advantage of Miao Yi's absence, seeking revenge through the two maids, Qian Er and Xue'er, who are temporarily acting as Mountain Masters.
