Summary

Zhang Ye woke up to find it had snowed, and he got ready to go to work at the Internet Monitoring Bureau. On his way, his mom called, asking him to come home for the traditional Lunar New Year dumplings, but he declined, saying he had to work. His mom mentioned a report about a "Cat Virus" in Korea, but Zhang Ye knew it was actually the "Panda Burn Incense" virus he created. At the bureau, he found out that the virus had caused a big stir and that the South Korean government had put him on the wanted list. The bureau staff were discussing the virus and how to defend against it, and Fan Ying Yun had found a way to do so. Zhang Ye's laptop was modified to prevent infection, but he was hiding the fact that he was the creator of the virus. Meanwhile, in South Korea, a team of top hackers and programmers had cracked the code to kill the virus and were celebrating their victory, with the Korean people calling for a boycott of the Republic's goods and revenge against the creator of the virus, unaware that Zhang Ye was still oblivious to the news.
