Summary

Wen Yan Bo's son, Wen Ji Fu, visits him after losing everything in a failed copper price battle. To escape creditors, Wen Ji Fu had hidden in a temple for years, even shaving his head. When he finally returns home, his father dismisses him but shows interest when Wen Ji Fu presents an idea for solving a palace drainage issue using ancient ceramic pipes he discovered. Although the pipes can be made, they are too small for the main hall's needs. Wen Yan Bo suggests starting with smaller projects while Wen Ji Fu feels frustrated by the limitations. Later, Wen Ji Fu encounters Wu Shi Cheng, a former enemy, who brings news of a revolutionary new material: cement. Wu Shi Cheng demonstrates its strength and versatility, proposing a partnership between Wen Yan Bo and Wang Ning An to establish a cement workshop, promising mutual profits.
