Summary

Ye Zhan Tian confronts Ye Gelu, demanding he abandon everything related to Yunhai and return to Yanjing. Ye Gelu, in pain from an injury, refuses and expresses his disdain for Ye Zhan Tian. After a tense exchange, Ye Zhan Tian coldly informs Ye Gelu that his mother is dead, which devastates Ye Gelu. Despite his anger, he knows he cannot match Ye Zhan Tian's strength. Later, Ye Gelu reunites with Han Zhu and learns of the turmoil back home. Upon returning to Yunhai, he finds Pei Yanzhi, who is relieved to see him but suggests they should just be friends, leaving Ye Gelu feeling guilty and conflicted.
