Summary

Wang Dong confronts Zhang Qiang, who pleads for his life after being accused of sending attackers after him. Despite Zhang's claims of innocence, Wang Dong discovers a hidden basement where children are forced to work in drug production. Furious at the sight, he decides against a quick death for Zhang, instead inflicting a slow, torturous fate.
