Summary

Liu Chengfeng and Ning Qiushui are pursued by a transformed Shaman Woman, who, moving on all fours, gains speed and closes in on them. Despite Liu's exhaustion, he realizes they are in imminent danger. In a desperate moment, Ning throws a book to distract the Shaman Woman, allowing them to escape. However, the Shaman Woman is soon ensnared by black algae, immobilizing her. As she struggles, a woman's skin emerges from the water, wielding the bone knife. The Shaman Woman attempts to chant spells to free herself, but Liu intervenes by throwing a stone that lodges in her throat, further hindering her escape.
