Summary

Li Yan Qing realizes that the Liang Shan Jun's supplies are being transported by water due to a lack of carts and livestock. After an unsuccessful ambush against Chai Jin, he leads his troops north to intercept the supply convoy before it reaches Xu Cheng County. Despite initial doubts about the fleet's location, they soon spot the fleet entering the Jishui River. Li Yan Qing orders a surprise attack, resulting in the destruction of food supplies while sinking military equipment to be retrieved later. Following this, he meets with Zhong Shi Dao and discusses strategies to weaken the Liang Shan Jun by cutting off their food supplies and plans to conquer Liangshan with naval support, prompting Zhong Shi Dao to draft a letter to the emperor for assistance.
