Summary

The Water Person, drenched and ghostly, searches a room before vanishing into the storm. After a brief silence, three heads emerge from a trapdoor: Ning Qiushui and Liu Chengfeng, who thank the ghostly Little Tao Zi for her help. She reveals the evil spirit outside comes from a black door in a well, opened once a year by strange people. Although weakened when the door closes, the spirit retreats to the well, making it difficult for the ghosts to confront it. Ning Qiushui and Liu Chengfeng plan to find the well, but they spot dark figures dragging a struggling Li Yue, indicating danger from the Luo Sheng Sect.
