Summary

Pei Zi Yun discovers a treasure trove of statues, using the plum blossom to capture demon souls and enhance his spiritual energy. Cheng Yuan Zi, a candidate for Demon Emperor, arrives with his disciples, but a blind Taoist restrains them using the Grand Demon Array. The Taoist proposes an alliance against Pei Zi Yun, revealing that he is a "Son of Destiny" threatening their race. They must sacrifice demon souls to locate and defeat him. Cheng Yuan Zi, feeling trapped and realizing he has no escape from his new identity as a demon, contemplates the high cost of their plan, ultimately acknowledging the necessity of their sacrifices for the future of the Demon Race.
