Summary

In a dilapidated orphanage, Ning Qiushui and Liu Chengfeng follow a blood trail to the fifth floor, seeking safety from a supernatural threat. They barricade themselves in a room as ominous water sounds approach, heightened by a chilling scream from above. The talismans they use provide temporary relief, but they discover a human head embedded in the wall, hinting at a gruesome fate. The head’s expression of terror suggests a violent death, and they ponder the significance of the bloodstains leading them here. Ning Qiushui finds a decayed diary, its contents now legible, raising questions about its connection to the ghostly events.
