Summary

A wave of fluctuations sweeps across the skies of Yuzaki City, detectable only by Fang Li, Shana, and Ya La Si Te Er. Ya La Si Te Er suspects it's a freedom technique from the search system, indicating a skilled practitioner. Shana thinks it might be an apostle of the "Masquerade Ball". Fang Li refuses to go with Shana to investigate, citing no reason to get involved, which angers Shana. She feels betrayed, realizing Fang Li is not a Flame Warrior and doesn't have to fight. Shana leaves, heading towards the source of the disturbance, while Fang Li stays behind. Meanwhile, Ma Qiong Lin is seen using her free-spirited techniques on the Yuzaki Bridge, and Shana arrives, crashing onto the bridge.
