Summary

In a tense situation, a young man finds himself at the center of a kidnapping investigation involving a girl named Li Shan Shan, whose father is the Director of the Jiulongpo Police Station. As officers arrive, one officer quickly contacts the Director upon realizing Li's identity, prompting an urgent response. However, the Director's frustration leads to violence against the officers and the young man, whom he blames for his daughter's kidnapping. The police's incompetence becomes evident as they argue about who will handle the case.
