Summary

In a tense encounter, Lin Ning and Liu Xin Hui are startled by a giant black cat with ominous red eyes. As the cat approaches Fang Hui Chang, Lin Ning intervenes, using black dog’s blood to repel it. The cat, once fierce, reveals it can speak and shares its history with Lin Ning, explaining its intent to destroy Fang Hui Chang, who has become corrupt. Lin Ning refuses to let the cat harm Fang Hui Chang, proposing a win-win solution to help the cat ascend to immortality instead. The cat agrees, realizing Fang Hui Chang is beyond redemption without its protection.
