Summary

The Artifact Spirit summoned Xing Jue, who attempted to break a chaotic barrier using the Devour the Soul order but initially failed. Despite his confidence, the barrier resisted his efforts, causing concern among his companions. After a moment of reflection, Xing Jue devised a new strategy, infusing his soul power directly into the order, which began to weaken the barrier. With a final surge of power, he successfully created a passage to the immortal island. Upon entering, they were surprised by the island's altered appearance and the powerful force above. As they explored, they encountered tree people but easily overcame them. Eventually, they reached a magnificent hall, where Xing Jue cautioned his companions against recklessness, aware of the potential traps within.
