Summary

Li Er encounters a nobleman, Yu An, passionately addressing a crowd about the rising rice prices and the negligence of officials in Chang'an. As Yu An criticizes corrupt merchants and calls for action, the crowd rallies behind him, chanting for him to speak on their behalf.
