Summary

Che Qian Zi, after a harrowing experience, reflects on the inhumane treatment of individuals subjected to cruel experiments, comparing their suffering to that of lab rats. Gao Liang shares his despair about their plight, while Sun De Sheng pretends to suffer from asthma as a distraction. They discover a frail man in a cell, who pleads for mercy. Yang Jin Huo, who recognizes the man as his brother Kaneki, rushes to him, overwhelmed with emotion. Che Qian Zi rescues Kaneki, while Gao Liang notes the man's condition isn't as dire as it appears. Yang Jin Huo vows to care for his brother after their escape, longing for a peaceful life together.
