Summary

In an underground lair, Ji Qian Ming, a powerful Special Envoy, encounters two Chinese youths, Chu Li Sheng and Gu Yun Han, who are in distress. After swiftly defeating a transformed enemy, Ji Qian Ming uses his healing abilities to save Gu Yun Han from severe injuries. As they escape, Chu Li Sheng explains their predicament: they were exchange students who inadvertently clashed with a gang of ability users, leading to their current peril.
