Summary

Mei Lun returns to the inn after a successful day of battles with Spike, who wins five matches, including a notable victory over a Blood Knight. The next morning, they enjoy breakfast and Spike continues to chase battle records. After achieving ten victories, Spike becomes a gladiator, but arena battles have strict rules. They visit the Madman War Academy, where Mei Lun registers Spike, impressing the vice president, Tai De, with Spike's potential. Tai De agrees to let Spike undergo a trial for the Madman inheritance. After a demonstration of Spike's abilities in a frenzy state against mentor Kent, Tai De welcomes Spike to the academy.
