Summary

Ning Qiushui witnesses the sheriff's execution by an evil spirit in a bronze mirror, learning about "Wang Qi" in the Luo Sheng Sect, who may correspond to the sheriff. As Fang Shan lies dying, he reveals his dual identity as both Fang Shan and Zhao Er. Ning Qiushui performs a risky heart transplant to save Fang Shan, leading to a battle between the hearts. After Fang Shan's heart prevails, Zhao Er informs Ning Qiushui that he can return to the outside world. Zhao Er, having gained strength and memories, hints at a greater threat outside the Blood Gate, revealing that he can use his abilities in the real world, unlike Ning Qiushui.
