Summary

In the West Sea Dragon Palace, the West Sea Dragon King confronts his disgraced son, the young White Dragon, who has abandoned his scripture-seeking duties after destroying an imperial gift. Despite his father's anger, the son insists on returning to the Dragon Clan, revealing the return of the Blue Dragon, a significant figure of their heritage. The Blue Dragon's presence reignites hope for the revival of the Dragon Clan, long weakened and humiliated. Concurrently, Guanyin Bodhisattva arrives at the Heavenly Palace, seeking the return of the White Dragon to the scripture-fetching team. She faces hostility from the guards, but Light Dragon, the Ancestral Dragon's brother, shows interest in her request regarding the pilgrimage team's importance, hinting at deeper connections and struggles within their realms.
