Summary

Mei Lun arrives at the ancient tree city of Chang Qing Cheng, feeling the life force of the massive tree, Chang Qing Zhen Jun. He interacts with a stall owner to gather information about the Wan Hua Zong sect, the largest immortal sect nearby. After confirming his direction to Qian Dao Wan, he uses his dog, Garu, for faster travel, reaching Qian Dao Wan, a region of large islands inhabited by various races. Upon arrival, he learns of a green-haired demon causing destruction in the area. Despite the severity of the situation, communication about the demon's rampage is suspiciously lacking. Mei Lun decides to investigate further and follows the trail of destruction left by the demon, eventually encountering the guardian forces of Qian Liu Feng. He meets Ruan Si, a leader of Qian Liu Feng, who invites him aboard their unique Sky-Splitting Sea-Conquering Boat. During their journey, Mei Lun gathers information about the demon while concealing his true intentions. Upon reaching Qian Liu Island, he senses that Ruan Si and his companions are hiding information about the Aoi Demon. Mei Lun stealthily leaves the city to follow winged individuals with green-skinned gourds, believing they are connected to the demon's situation. He overhears their discussions about the Aoi Demon and learns that it can create clones, complicating efforts to defeat it. As he moves towards the area where the Aoi Demon is being besieged, he witnesses a true disciple from Qian Liu Feng effortlessly defeating the demon, while others express admiration for his skills. The chapter concludes with the disciples collecting demonic energy for a larger plan against the Aoi Demon.
