Summary

He noticed Yan Er's pale complexion and dark circles, understanding she had stayed up all night to earn money for him. Mo Wuji felt a surge of affection and emotion, deciding to take care of Yan Er and find a job to make things easier for her. Mo Wuji visited the Rao Zhou Guild to seek employment, where he found numerous recruitment windows. He realized that those who cultivated medicinal herbs and explored minerals were in high demand. Mo Wuji, an expert in biology, found several jobs that suited him but decided to apply for the alchemical assistant position at the Cheng Ling Ji Dan Workshop, which offered a monthly salary of ten gold coins. He sat down in front of the recruitment window, trying to project confidence, but was met with a noticeable silence and the middle-aged woman's shock.
