Summary

Cui Jin Peng visits the Blood Blade Tavern, seeking to avenge his child's death by hiring an assassin to kill Dong Bo Qing Shi. He is willing to pay a large sum of money, but the tavern's price of three million gold coins is too high. Cui Jin Peng then changes his request to only kill Dong Bo Qing Shi, which costs one million gold coins. The Blood Blade Tavern accepts the task and notifies three assassins in Qing He County. The task is complicated by the presence of Dongbo Snow Eagle, who might be at the title level. The assassins who receive the task are all at the title level of combat power. One of the assassins, code-named 'Wind Demon,' accepts the task. However, it is later revealed that the strongest assassin in Qing He County, Xiang Pang Yun, will be taking the task instead. Xiang Pang Yun is joined by Feng Mo, a terrifying assassin with title-level combat power, and three other men. Xiang Pang Yun decides to take the task because he is bored and wants to have some fun. He also wants to test Dongbo Snow Eagle, who might be at the title level. The group plans to set off for Yishui City to complete the task.
