Summary

A middle-aged bandit relentlessly pursues a clever thief named Pei Zi Yun through a dense forest. Despite Pei's exhaustion from a previous illness, he recalls a hunter's trap and devises a plan to escape. As the bandit closes in, Pei manages to lead him into a beast trap, causing the bandit immense pain. In a fierce struggle, Pei gains the upper hand, severely injuring the bandit. The bandit pleads for mercy, but in a desperate move, he throws a dagger at Pei, wounding him. Undeterred, Pei retaliates, ultimately killing the bandit, marking a significant turning point in his fight for survival.
