Summary

In a remote mountainous area, Liu Bo Qin's elderly mother offers to gather wild vegetables for the monk Tang Seng, who declines due to the dangers present. After a meal, Tang Seng encounters a ghost resembling Liu Bo Qin, who seeks salvation for his past sins. Tang Seng uses his cultivation technique, successfully purifying the ghost's sins, leading to his reincarnation. The next day, Liu Bo Qin expresses gratitude and guides Tang Seng toward Two Realms Mountain, where Sun Wukong is suppressed. Upon meeting Sun Wukong, Tang Seng, without caution, touches the monkey, provoking General Yin's protective instincts. Despite initial confusion, Sun Wukong decides to join Tang Seng after witnessing his power.
