Summary

Chu Feng confronts the sect masters about a million mysterious pearls needed for a transaction, insisting that he will not ask his own sect for help. He demands each of the seven forces contribute 150,000 pearls, mocking their wealth and their inability to gather the amount. The sect masters are furious but ultimately agree to meet his demands in ten days. After they leave, Chu Feng discusses his situation with members of the Jie Ling Gong Hui, expressing concern for their safety and requesting a forbidden drug to enhance his cultivation and attack talismans. Vice president Gao agrees to help him within ten days, while Xu Zhong Yu and Gu Bo stay to protect him from potential threats. Meanwhile, Jie Yan and the other sect masters keep a watchful eye on Chu Feng, ready to act if he tries to escape.
