Summary

The Six-eared Macaque and his companions head to Double Fork Ridge, unaware of the strength of the demons they will face. General Yin, a tiger spirit, eagerly anticipates the arrival of monks to feast upon. As the Six-eared Macaque engages with General Yin, he realizes the demon's strength is formidable, equal to his own. Despite the tiger spirit's advantage in magical power, the Macaque's techniques begin to turn the tide. General Yin retreats, leaving the Macaque concerned about the remaining demons. A local land god reveals that the three demons, once subdued, have recently regained significant power, suggesting a greater threat lies ahead for Tripitaka and his disciples.
