Summary

E Long's gang discovers a treasure trove of supplies, including gasoline, rice, and various goods. E Long arrogantly confronts the guards at Sea City prison, aiming to take over. However, his plans are thwarted when Li Fan, positioned strategically, uses a sniper to kill E Long. Chaos ensues as Li Fan's forces engage in battle, employing plant-based weapons to decimate E Long's gang. Despite the overwhelming odds, some gang members attempt to fight back, but they are met with brutal force.
