Summary

In a serene courtyard, Han Gang and Lu Ming engage in a reflective stroll, with Han Gang grappling with despair over the upcoming Jinshi examination. They encounter a striking young man, whose charm captivates Han Gang. Inside the Tai Yi Palace, Han Gang discovers poems covered by blue gauze, indicating their esteemed authorship. Among them, he finds two rare six-character quatrains by Wang Anshi, evoking deep nostalgia for Jiangnan. As Han Gang admires the poetry, he contemplates the literary prowess of Wang Anshi, recognizing his significance among the Eight Great Families. Inspired, Han Gang attempts to write a response poem on the palace wall, rekindling his passion for poetry.
